There is seating for three (3) at the kitchen counter plus additional seating for 8+ in the dining room. Just off the kitchen is the plush living room with a large sectional sofa and huge Smart TV This service is offered for all 4 TVs, including the lower level playroom. The screened porch is just off the living room and has ample seating, another Smart tv, and a large dining room table. The hot tub and grill are both on the patio, just out, through the screened porch or from the kitchen. The main floor has two (2) main floor bedrooms (each in their own main floor wing). Guest room #1 has a king sized bed, and Guest room #2 has a queen bed - both with lovely touches and storage.
