Owner of Berkshire Rental Properties, Claudia has specialized in Southern Berkshire rentals since 2005. From her early days as a dancer at Jacob’s Pillow and a Ford model to her current role as a premier local Broker, Claudia’s focus has always been on quality and connection. She provides expert guidance for buyers, sellers, and renters alike, overseeing 30+ listings with a commitment to honesty and impeccably prepared homes.
Sarah Dixon
A Great Barrington native, Sarah returned home in 2015 after a successful career as a Technical Designer for brands like Reebok and TJX. Since joining Berkshire Rental Properties in 2016 and earning her real estate license in 2017, she has become an expert in home preparation and client relations. Working closely in tandem with Claudia, and with her excellent communication skills, Sarah loves helping others discover the unique culture and relaxed vibe of the Berkshires. When she’s not matching clients with their dream homes, you’ll find her boating on Lake Buel or catching live music at Tanglewood.

"We had a family ski trip and stayed at the Conway House. We felt right at home. The site pictures matched the house, plus some. It was super clean with all the amenities you'd need. We had 7 guests all who felt roomy and comfortable. Outdoor grill and fire pit for smores. We plan to stay again for sure. Absolutely no complaints."
