The family room has a large sectional sofa, club chairs, wood-burning fireplace, books, games, and smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances that include; a 6 burner Viking range, double wall ovens, large fridge/freezer, 2 Bosch dishwashers, 2 large sinks, and plenty of granite counter space for the home chef! The kitchen is also equipped with many small appliances including a microwave, drip coffeemaker, blender, juicer, and toaster. The in kitchen dining table seats 10 and the more formal dining room seats 8. The family room, with rustic wood beams and another wood burning fireplace, has multiple sitting areas and a small desk for a workspace. The large screen porch with a dining table that seats 8 + another sofa, loveseat and chairs, is just off the kitchen, and provides a covered lounge that overlooks the pool. There is also a large mud room perfect for all your outdoor gear, 2 half baths, and a separate walk in shower on the main floor, as well as a garage with direct access into the house! All 7 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms are all on the second floor as well as another sitting room with a full-sized sleeper sofa and Smart TV. Starting at the back of the house are two of the three master suites, both having queen beds, double sink vanities, and walk in showers. Between these rooms is the purple bedroom with 3 twin beds and 1 twin pull-out trundle that allows 4 guests to sleep in this room! Just down the hall, are 2 more bedrooms, both with queen beds, and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. These guest rooms have 2 shared bathrooms, both with a large tub/shower combination and single sink vanity. The laundry room with washer/dryer is also located in this area. At the front of the house you will find the 3rd master suite. This bedroom has rustic wood beams on the ceiling, a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a clawfoot tub set up as both a shower and a soaking tub. Outside, is the heated outdoor pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day) a stone patio with dining table and chairs, a charcoal grill, 6 chaise lounges and several outdoor umbrellas and the hot tub that is open year-round! Rock the afternoon away on the front porch rockers or play in the side-yard perfect for outdoor games. The Stockbridge Town Beach is only 1/3 mile down the road and offers guests a sizable sandy beach, and two floating platforms in the water, so guests can easily enjoy the Stockbridge Bowl. There are picnic tables, a swing-set and see/saw for the kids. Bring their own kayaks (or rent one at the Arcadian Shop) and enter the water from the beach, as well. This home is in a great location! Only 2 minutes to Tanglewood and 5 minutes to downtown Lenox. Downtown Great Barrington and Ski Butternut are both only 20 minutes away and Stockbridge is 10 minutes. House notes: 5 bedrooms have queen size beds. 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds. 1 bedroom has 3 twin beds with 1 twin trundle.
