The main floor offers a large gleaming chef's kitchen that offers a gas range with 4 burners, dishwasher, and freezer fridge with water dispenser. There is oodles of storage and the best cookware, including many non-stick but also high-end Le Cruset kettles, bakeware, serving pieces, a standard drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and drinks blender. There is seating for three (3) at the kitchen counter plus additional seating for 8+ in the dining room. Just off the kitchen is the plush living room with a large sectional sofa and huge Smart TV This service is offered for all 4 TVs, including the lower level playroom. The screened porch is just off the living room and has ample seating, another Smart tv, and a large dining room table. The hot tub and grill are both on the patio, just out, through the screened porch or from the kitchen. The main floor has two (2) main floor bedrooms (each in their own main floor wing). Guest room #1 has a king sized bed, and Guest room #2 has a queen bed - both with lovely touches and storage. These both share a beautifully brand new full bathroom with a gleaming tub/shower combination. Upstairs, are three (3) more bedrooms and two (2) full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is quite large and has a King bed, 2 closets, a Queen sofa-bed, another Smart TV and its own ensuite full bathroom with walk-in shower. The 4th guest room, with a queen bed, has lovely mid-century styling and shares the full bathroom (new, gorgeous, with a tub/shower combo) with the 5th guest room, which has a twin w/ twin trundle bed and a desk nook. All of the bedrooms have pretty views with natural woodland settings and are clean and inviting. The lower level is completely renovated and hosts the Billiards room, Playroom and laundry room with washer/dryer. The playroom has toys, many fun board games, books, another Smart tv with Nintendo Switch gaming system and plenty of seating. The gorgeous red billiards table is also on this lower level. Outside, just off the screened-in porch, is the patio with hot tub, a table and chairs with sun umbrella + 2 chaise loungers. The firepit , with wood inlcued, has even more seating so you can enjoy the private backyard in comfort and style. There is plenty of yard for touch football and other fun lawn games. The front porch is covered, has seating, and is quite relaxing! The hot tub is available year-round and has a small step up approach and an easy to manage cover. This is such a pleasant way to relax and enjoy all 4 seasons, soaking away, under the stars Note: All 4 tvs are streaming channels only (Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc) along with YouTube TV.
