The Red House: Exclusive, Modern, Farmhouse Renovation with Big Views, Heated Pool and Hot Tub. 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, sleeps 12 or max of 14 guests. Amenities include: High speed cable internet, several smart TVs, all high-end stainless appliances, steam shower in main floor primary shower, heated pool (in season) hot tub (year round), wood-burning fireplace, AC throughout, outdoor sun/deck/patio with seating, poolside seating and sun umbrellas, outdoor propane grill, huge lawn and views of Catamount. All linens are included. Pets are considered. A signed lease agreement is required for every reservation.

Main floor

• Kitchen with 6 burner range, dishwasher, sub-zero fridge, wall oven, marble countertops, many cabinets and pantry storage
• Small appliances include: coffee maker and grinder, toaster oven, tea kettle
• Breakfast area, counter seating and formal dining area
• Great Room with wood-burning fireplace and French doors which lead out to the sun deck
• Media room with large smart TV, games, and access to the sun terrace and the mud room
• Mud room, organized for all of your seasonal Berkshire gear.
• Primary with King bed, walk in closet, large Smart TV, French doors to the sun terrace and vas views. Windows have blackout shades or allow the full sunny views to shine in - guest's choice! Primary has ensuite full bathroom with steam shower, soaking tub, double sinks and storage.
• Guest rooms #2 and #3 both have a Queen bed
• Guest bath with tub/shower is shared by guest room #2 and #3
  Main floor also has a stacked laundry and the large sun terrace with a propane

Second Floor:

• Large Guest room #4 with King bed and Twin window sleeper
• Large Guest room #5 with 2 Queen beds + Twin window sleeper
• Shared Full bathroom with tub/shower

Outside: The sun terrace follows the full length of the back of the house and has comfortable outdoor seating, propane grill, sun umbrellas. The heated pool is available in season - also with outdoor seating and shade umbrellas. The hot tub is available year round! Big vast Berkshire views go for miles, Views of Catamount easily seen from the house. Large run-around lawn so kiddos (of all ages) can get the wiggles out.
Location: is perfectly situated for privacy and accessibility. Less than 10 mins to Guido's Fresh Market, just about 10 mins to both Butternut and Catamount. Everything is within easy reach!
