• Main floor primary with King, walk-in closet step in shower, double sinks and soaking tub + well organized walk-in closet, central AC and pool views, sleeps 2
• Main floor Full Bathroom with shower is just off the sunroom and can be used to service the pool area.
• Second floor: Guest Room #2 has a Queen bed, meadow and pool views, window unit AC, sleeps 2
• Second floor: Guest room #3 has bunkbeds (full upper and lower) + full daybed and trundle, creating an adorable dormitory with a secret hiding nook, desk, and a swing! Sleeps 3 adults or 5 children, max.
• Second floor full bathroom with walk-in shower is shared with Guest rooms 2 and 3.

Indoor Living:

• Living Room with wood burning fireplace, plenty of lux seating, SmartTV with Roku, French doors lead out to pool area
• Seasonal wood provided for fireplace
• Kitchen has stainless dishwasher, freezer/fridge, electric range, kitchen island, and every gadget: microwave, standard drip coffee, grinder, electric water kettle, soda stream, toaster, crock pot, pots, pans, baking, dishes, flatware, glassware, basic spices, etc.
